A key component to the Men Having Babies initiative for Inclusive Employer Surrogacy Benefits is a searchable database of companies and what they offer to support LGBTQ+ family formation. Details have been sourced online, and we would appreciate input from employees or representatives of the featured companies to verify, update and supplement what we have. We would also appreciate information about additional companies with inclusive family building benefits that are not yet featured, so we can continue to grow the database.
