She completed her residency at New York University and her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), earning numerous awards for both research and teaching excellence. Dr. Conway’s passion for reproductive medicine is fueled by the rapidly evolving and cutting-edge nature of the field. She combines deep clinical expertise with an unwavering dedication to compassionate, individualized care. Known for her warmth, empathy, and professionalism, Dr. Conway believes that empowering patients through education is the foundation of a successful fertility journey. Morgan is a registered nurse with over a decade of experience specializing in reproductive health. She is passionate about helping all individuals and couples, including those in the LGBTQ+ community, achieve their dreams of becoming parents. Morgan strongly believes that everyone deserves equal access to medical care and the opportunity to build a family. Throughout her career, Morgan has been dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care while advocating for equal rights in reproductive health. As the third-party manager at the Utah Fertility Center, she works tirelessly to support diverse family-building journeys. Morgan serves as the current Chair of the Nurses Professional Group (NPG) for the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), where she is passionate about sharing her knowledge with fellow nurses, empowering them to use their voices to advocate for inclusive healthcare practices. Whether through her professional role or global humanitarian work, Morgan strives to make a positive impact on the lives of those she serves and to foster a more inclusive healthcare environment.

Ola Zasepa - European Patient Liaison

Ola Zasepa is a European-based patient liaison and surrogacy advisor with both professional and personal experience in third-party reproduction. Having become a mother through surrogacy herself, Ola brings deep empathy, first-hand insight, and a strong commitment to supporting intended parents at every step of their journey. She has worked closely with clinics, agencies, and families around the world, and is passionate about ethical, transparent, and emotionally supportive care for all involved. Overall, we had a great experience with Utah Fertility Center/Nevada Fertility Center (they are partners). Dr. Foulk and team were extremely knowledgeable and did what it took for us to have two successful surrogacy transfers. They had great bedside manners. Their egg donor program was a huge plus and made the process smooth for us. The only downside was that their third party reproduction coordinators are overwhelmed, sometimes unresponsive, and I left with the feeling that some things were lost in translation which cost us time and money. What we paid for their services was fair. All that being said, I would 100% recommend them and work with them again.

Tonya Canaday, the manager, is very professional, serious and competent, she has an excellent relationship with the intended parents. She was very helpful in choosing the donor, in explaining the journey to us and thanks to Silvia, the French-speaking correspondent, we always managed to get answers to our questions and we were always reassured. A big thank you to Dr. Foulk who has also always been friendly, caring and has explained the different stages of the process well.

We worked with Utah Fertility Center/Nevada Fertility Center (they are partner clinics) for two journeys, and overall had a positive experience with them. We totally trust them and would recommend them to others without reservation. They quality of care is top notch and much more affordable than clinics in Southern California, where we're from. Dr. Foulk has tremendous expertise and bedside manners. They knew how to troubleshoot and ensure that we had two successful pregnancies. Their in-house egg donor program was a huge plus and worked out great for us. Communication with third party reproduction coordinators was the only pain point (but I imagine it's challenging across clinics). We recommend them to other intended parents and would 100% work with them again.
