(2020, International parents) We have no words enough to express our gratitude for the way we were treated by everyone at Extraordinary Conceptions ever since the first day. Actually, we are still in contact via Whatsapp, sending our babies pictures for some of these amazing people working there, that have always treated more as friends or family rather than clients. In fact, they were always very supportive, celebrating or suffering with us either we were succeeded or we failed in every step along the journey. That sympathy, that compassion we've felt always, from the different teams there (the Donation team and the Surrogacy team) we have accomplished is not usual, as we were in contact with other Intended Parents using the services of other agencies. As a matter of fact, we do believe we wouldn't be holding our children in our arms today if it wasn't for the excellency of the service of Extraordinary Conceptions and the amazing people who work there. They have really fought for us, with us along the way, even with the strict schedule we had, because our kids should be born on Summer (for reasons related to our jobs). We will surely recommend Extraordinary Conceptions to anyone who would start a Surrogacy journey in order of becoming parent. We must refer as well the excellent communication from the distance, as we live in Portugal and they are settled in California. Furthermore, they have been very helpful with the language, as we are not English native speakers.

Elle a été tout au long de la procédure auprès de nous malgré la distance qui nous séparait. Tout a toujours été fait pour que nous puissions concorder les heures américaines avec les heures belges. Très grand professionnalisme et bonne connaissance de la matière. Une question, pas de soucis, vous aurez une réponse si cela est connu. Pas de réponse tarabiscotée, si on ne connait pas, on se renseigne pour communiquer le plus juste possible.

(2015, International parents) Working with this agency has been very disappointing. No follow up of cases and they are serving more intended parents than they actually can. They do not care at all about parents once they have signed the contract and have taken their fee. Their only goal is that many intermediares have all charged their commission. The carrier finally receive double amount of money that they say and the displacements of the carrier for treatments are paid at exaggerated prices. Displacements are big business for this agency. I'm pretty sure that for the price they charge there must be agencies that take better care of their customers. This is a money hungry place. Please, stay away.
