Jennifer is the founder and executive director at Eggceptional Fertility. She has been helping intended parents realize their dreams of parenthood since 2003. She first served as an egg donor before opening Eggceptional Fertility in 2008. Recently in 2025, Jennifer completed a surrogacy journey. Jennifer studied Communications and volunteers with child advocacy organizations. I have one of the most rewarding jobs in the world! There is nothing better than getting the photos, calls, and texts from our intended parents that they are finally pregnant, knowing that I helped in making that possible is incredibly gratifying.

Hi! My name is Rachel Jordan, and I am the Egg Donor Coordinator at Eggceptional Fertility. I’m passionate about guiding individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood. As an Egg Donor Coordinator, I’m committed to supporting you during this process of creating your family. I’ve worked for Eggceptional Fertility for almost five years now and could not ask for a better job! While I don’t have any kids of my own, I do have a soft spot for children and spend my free time being a mentor for elementary aged kids. I’m so honored to walk with our clients through this momentous decision of bringing a child in this world and will be happy to assist in any way I can.

Hello, my name is Samantha Roberson. I am a surrogacy coordinator here at Eggceptional Fertility. I got to experience surrogacy firsthand for one of the intended parents working with Eggceptional Fertility and throughout my journey, I fell in love with how rewarding this process was. I have been working with Eggceptional Fertility for four years, and I am currently in the process of my third surrogacy journey. I have one son of my own and two stepsons, they are the light of my life and though I may never be able to put myself in the same shoes as someone who is needing a surrogate, I am absolutely honored to be here and hold your hand through this beautiful life changing experience.
