Bonnie McKinney Douglas - Director, Case Management

Bonnie is a former human rights and commercial attorney from New Zealand, now based in Utah. Passionate about helping others, she has worked in law firms and organizations in New Zealand, the Cayman Islands, and the U.S., advocating for families and children. At Donor Concierge, she leads a team of case managers as they help intended parents on their path to building a family.

Gloria Li - Managing Director

Gloria has worked in the fertility field since 2013 and is an expert on egg donation, gestational surrogacy and fertility care management. Her vision and passion for the mission and her attention to detail has set a high mark in our commitment to excellence, and her leadership has helped Donor Concierge rise to become the premier resource for intended parents from all over the world. Originally from mainland China, Gloria speaks fluent Mandarin and English.

Jenn Creacy - Surrogate Program Manager

Jenn has more than a decade of professional experience supporting families, both privately and in public education. Having experienced the difficulties of family-building firsthand, Jenn also brings several years of experience as a community leader in the infertility peer support space to Donor Concierge and is passionate about and experienced at guiding with empathy in this process.
