Abby Settersten, Director of Partner Relations, joined SeedTrust as a Certified Paralegal in 2019 with many years of assisted reproductive legal experience and a dedication to helping intended parents build their families. She earned her Paralegal Certification at the University of San Diego in 2016. Prior to transitioning to the Partner Success Director, she managed over a thousand surrogacy and egg donor accounts as a Legal Manager/Paralegal at SeedTrust. Abby is passionate about providing clients with escrow tools and resources that offer the highest level of transparency and security to minimize the risks that may jeopardize intended parents’ funds, surrogates’ and egg donors’ disbursements and agencies’ reputations.

Adam Winder, a dedicated leader in the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) industry, significantly contributed to SEEDS' advancements as President. He organized and professionalized SEEDS, helping the organization achieve core goals and priorities. Under his tenure, SEEDS accomplished milestones like establishing an officer team, expanding the Board, hiring a program director, publishing standards, increasing education offerings and events, and membership growth. Now, Adam aims to transition from President to the Board to continue contributing to SEEDS. Adam's companies, including SeedTrust Escrow and Orchid Software, have revolutionized ART escrow, enhancing efficiency and security while introducing new technology and innovative solutions. Before his involvement in the ART industry, Adam had a successful career in financial services at a large bank, holding leadership and strategy roles. He also serves on the Board of Making the Grade – Hope for African Youth, supporting impactful organizations. Adam is a devoted father who believes in making parenthood accessible to all and finds great fulfillment in serving the ART industry.

Kayleen Stromberg is a highly experienced member of the SeedTrust team, having dedicated over six years to guiding thousands of clients through their family-building processes. Her background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Communication with a specialization in Conflict Resolution, an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, and significant prior work within the legal field. As a mother herself, Kayleen is deeply motivated by the joy of helping intended parents achieve their dream of parenthood and providing unwavering support to the incredible surrogates and egg/sperm/embryo donors who make it all possible. She is zealous in her commitment to providing outstanding support and customer service, cultivating meaningful relationships with every client and the professional teams they work with. A native Oregonian, Kayleen enjoys spending her free time on the state's beautiful hiking trails, wine tasting in the Umpqua and Willamette Valleys, and cheering on the Oregon Ducks, always alongside her wonderful husband, spunky daughter, and adorable dog.
