Sarah E. Wilson is an Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and adoption attorney and established her law firm with a focus on helping clients grow their families. Sarah’s approach is to provide compassionate, client-focused representation and guidance. Sarah began practicing in the areas of ART and family-building law early on in her legal career and has assisted hundreds of families in growing through adoption and ART. Sarah is licensed to practice law in Iowa and Colorado. Through pro bono work, Sarah is an advocate for issues impacting access to fertility care and family building and has also been featured as a speaker on the topics of ART, surrogacy, and adoption. Sarah attended Drake University Law School and Des Moines University, both in Des Moines, Iowa, earning Juris Doctorate and Master of Health Care Administration degrees. Sarah began her legal career as a law clerk for state district court, and later practiced health care, adoption, and surrogacy law at a large firm, prior to founding Sarah E. Wilson Law Firm.
