Dr. Allison Bloom - Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Specialist

Allison Bloom, DO, MPH, is a reproductive endocrinologist at Main Line Fertility, where she serves as Director of the Third Party and Egg Donor Programs. She is also the Global LGBTQ+ Ambassador for The Prelude Network, reflecting her deep commitment to ensuring LGBTQ+ individuals and couples have access to inclusive, affirming and expert fertility care. Dr. Bloom specializes in IVF, third-party reproduction and LGBTQ+ family building, with a passion for educating and empowering intended parents throughout their journey. Her connection to fertility care is also deeply personal: Dr. Bloom and her wife underwent fertility treatment for more than a year before welcoming their twin boys through IVF. That experience gives her a unique understanding of the emotional, physical, and deeply personal nature of building a family. A recognized Castle Connolly Top Doctor and Top LGBTQ+ Doctor, Dr. Bloom is passionate about helping every intended parent feel seen, supported and confident in their path to parenthood.

Dr. Deanna Brasile - Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Specialist

A self-described cheerleader at heart, Dr. Deanna Brasile, DO is a fertility specialist who is devoted to encouraging her patients through their unique and sometimes challenging medical journey. With a stellar reputation, she is known for her extensive medical knowledge as well as her natural enthusiasm and empathy. Due to focusing on her career, Dr. Brasile became a parent a bit later in life, and truly relates to her fertility patients, as each person’s choices and pathways in adulthood rarely go as planned. Dr. Brasile has been an invaluable team member for over a decade and directs Main Line Fertility’s Egg Freezing program. An award-winning physician, Dr. Brasile is known for her extensive research in diminished ovarian reserve, and she has been published in numerous scholarly journals on this topic. She’s also passionate about teaching, and is currently involved with Drexel College of Medicine’s reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellowship training program.

Dr. Michael Glassner - Founding Partner and Medical Director

As the founding partner and medical director of Main Line Fertility, Dr. Michael Glassner’s personal philosophy is to always provide the most caring, personalized treatment for all patients. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Dr. Glassner is both a scientist and clinician and has treated patients from across the globe. He is a true pioneer in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology and his research has helped lead to breakthroughs in the treatment of infertility. Most notably, he was involved in the first pregnancy and live birth in the world to use early screen with Next Generation Sequencing. Dr. Glassner has been named a Philadelphia Magazine and Main Line Today “Top Doctor” every year for over a decade and is often featured on national news programs as a valued and respected source in the field.

(2022, USA parents) We have no complaints about our clinic. We enjoyed the process from start to finish with them. From the very first meeting, the doctor made us feel optimistic. Everyone on the staff was kind and helpful. We had a great experience selecting the egg donor, and finalizing that process was easy and straightforward. When we transferred a female embryo and it ended up being a male, the clinic was very helpful in answering our questions. The doctor also contacted us to let us know that the tests are sometimes incorrect, and that there was no reason that the baby wouldn't be healthy. He was correct, and our son was born healthy and happy.
