Shaun Thomas is a dad of three through international surrogacy and egg donation, so he knows the journey from the inside: the late-night research, the costs, the cross-border legal steps and the waiting. He’s also a senior clinical pharmacist in London & Dublin, and brings a healthcare professional’s eye to clinics and treatment plans. His own surrogacy story features in Audrey Ward’s book The Waiting Room.

The Surrogacy Father offers independent guidance and practical support to help you understand your options and feel better prepared for the decisions ahead. Whether you’re just starting to explore or already on your journey, you can ask questions openly, take time to reflect and choose the providers that feel right for you. There’s no pressure to commit to a particular agency, clinic or programme. We’ll agree what your support includes and what it costs before you book. Fees cover my consultancy and support; costs charged by clinics, agencies, lawyers and other providers are separate. My role is to help you make informed choices and prepare for conversations with your specialists. I don’t provide surrogate or donor matching, negotiate surrogacy agreements, or replace professional legal, medical or immigration advice. Every journey is different, so particular outcomes, costs or timelines cannot be guaranteed. What you can expect is a clear explanation of the support I offer, honest conversations and respect for your decisions and privacy.
