Dave Sloane - Chief of Staff

David Sloane is Chief of Staff at Nucleus, where he works across the company to deliver the best possible experience for patients. Previously, he was Co-Founder and CEO of Cambrean, which was acquired by Nucleus in 2025.

Jesse Neiman - Head of Partnerships

Jesse guides intended parents through their Nucleus journey, helping them achieve their dream of having healthy a baby. His deep passion for reproductive health, holistic wellness and supporting couples drove him to join Nucleus and lead efforts in consumer growth. Prior to this, Jesse worked at J.P. Morgan and is fluent in Spanish.

Kian Sadeghi - CEO

Kian Sadeghi is the founder and CEO of Nucleus Genomics, the genetic optimization company. Nucleus helps families have their best baby. After losing his cousin to a preventable genetic condition, Kian emerged from college convinced that genetic optimization was the next frontier of human progress – a thesis outlined in his book, Evolution by Genetic Optimization. Today, Nucleus is available in nearly all 50 U.S. states and is being deployed across 165+ IVF clinics worldwide. A Thiel Fellow, he has raised more than $32 million from investors including Founders Fund, Seven Seven Six, Neo and Samsung Next.

Michael Worsek - Head of Growth & Operations

Michael oversees growth and operations at Nucleus. He strives to make Nucleus available to every expectant parent. As someone who has undergone IVF with his partner twice, he is passionate about ensuring every parent's IVF journey is as seamless and informed as possible. Prior to Nucleus, Michael has helped scale various startups, including Harry's and Reachdesk.
