Benjamin Fadaeinejad - Vice President of Global Operations

Benjamin Fadaeinejad is Vice President of Global Operations at Pendant Health, where he focuses on expanding inclusive and equitable family-forming benefits globally. He brings more than 14 years of experience in global and community-based healthcare, including seven years in fertility and family building. Prior to Pendant, Benjamin worked at Men Having Babies, advancing access to ethical surrogacy and family-building resources. Having lived in more than 10 countries, he brings a global perspective to his work. He lives in San Francisco with his husband and their cat and dog.
