Nevada Fertility Center was established in 2018 by Dr. Russell Foulk, MD, FACOG, HCLD. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Foulk has helped several thousand couples from around the world achieve their dream of having a baby. Dr. Foulk is an internationally renowned expert in the field of reproductive endocrinology, having established active fertility treatment centers in four different states. Dr. Gary Levy, MD, FACOG and Dr. Khurram Rehman, MD joined practice in early 2024 to meet the needs of our growing patient community. We are focused on intelligent and compassionate care, medical integrity, and innovative treatments that best serve you.
