Raquel is the Program Director of MX Familia, a gestational surrogacy program based in Mexico City. As a proud Mexican-American, she brings a unique perspective to her work — combining a deep love for Mexico with a clear understanding that the surrogacy journey there requires exceptional care, structure, and protection. Raquel is dedicated to ethical family building, with a strong focus on safeguarding everyone involved. She is especially passionate about protecting Mexican surrogates, ensuring their experience is grounded in respect, dignity, and honor. She is deeply committed to supporting intended parents, encouraging the connection with their surrogate, and protecting the well-being of their future child.
