Dr. José Gaytán Melicoff is a highly experienced reproductive medicine specialist with over 30 years in gynecology, obstetrics, and fertility treatments, currently serving as Chief Medical Officer at Power IVF in Mexico City. Dr. Gaytán holds an M.D. from Universidad Anáhuac, Mexico City, and advanced degree in Human Reproduction from the University of Valencia, Spain. Dr. Gayton completed his reproduction clinical fellowship training at IVI Fertility in Spain (now IVI RMA, the largest IVF group in the world) under pioneers Drs. Antonio Pellicer, José Remohí, and Carlos Simón. Dr. Gaytán co-founded IVI Mexico with IVI group, the first IVI clinic outside Spain, and as its Medical Director, established it as the leading IVF clinic with highest success rate in Latin American during his seven years tenure. Now, at Power IVF, Dr. Gaytán leads a globally recognized fertility center known for a high success rate through personalized IVF, fertility preservation, egg donation, and surrogacy programs.

Dr. Zhang Xin, the founder and President of IVF USA Corporation, is also an expert of China’s Thousand Talents Program, a specially-invited Expert and overseas innovative talent and entrepreneur introduced by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Dr. Zhang Xin was once rated as one of the new leaders in China's pharmaceutical industry by the pharmaceutical economic news. He received his doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. As to his academic and research achievements, he won the US James A. McLaughlin Award and the Switzerland Charles Rodolphe Brupbacher Prize. Dr. Zhang Xin once served as the Chairman of Viewtrain and an independent director of China Health Group, a Hong Kong listed company. He also participated in the establishment and served as President of Chipscreen Biosciences, a Shenzhen microchip biotech company.
