Alex Monk is an attorney with Klein Fertility Law. He supports clients in all aspects of international and domestic third party assisted reproduction, including international egg donation and international surrogacy. Alex offices in Dallas and Denver, bringing a national scope to the firm, headquartered in San Diego. Prior to joining Klein Fertility Law, Alex owned his own practice, supporting clients with international and domestic assisted reproduction and representing clients in juvenile civil rights litigation. Alex is a member of the Colorado and Texas Bar Associations. He is active in the LGBTQ Law Sections of both state’s Bar Associations and was recognized as Colorado’s Juvenile Law Rising Star by the Office of the Child’s Representative in part for his work developing legislative policy on the Colorado Juvenile Law Section’s Legislative Committee. Outside of work, Alex spends most of his time with his twin three-year old daughters who are recently addicted to scootering.

Brian Klein, owner and partner of the firm Klein Fertility Law, practices exclusively in the area of fertility law. Over the past 11 years, Brian has managed over six thousand surrogacy matches, and managed thousands of other egg donation, sperm donation and embryo donation arrangements. Klein Fertility Law has a multilingual staff consisting of five mandarin speaking team members to assist Intended Parents from Asia. Brian Klein is a frequent guest speaker at international surrogacy seminars to provide guidance on cross-border surrogacy and egg donation issues, and to provide insight on California's laws. He is a member of the legal committee in the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS). Brian is licensed to practice law in the State of California.

Casey O'Connell joined Klein Fertility Law in 2019 as an associate attorney after previously owning and managing his own law firm. Casey's practice focuses on all aspects of third party assisted reproduction as well as estate planning and estate administration. Casey was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2012 after graduating magna cum laude from California Western School of Law, in San Diego, California. As an attorney who personally understands the needs of his clients with respect to fair access to reproductive healthcare and assisted reproduction, Casey approaches every client and their legal needs with care, understanding, and a sincere desire to help them start, grow, and protect their families.
