Candace Greer - Director of Agent Operations - Strategic Accounts Team Lead

Candace Greer began her career at ART Risk Solutions in 2014 and has been a licensed agent since 2016. As Director of Agent Operations - Strategic Accounts Team Lead, she oversees all ART Risk licensed agents. Candace attends monthly webinars and yearly conferences including SEEDS, AAAA, ASRM, and has served on the panel for Men Having Babies, educating attendees about her knowledge of insurance and the best insurance options for those embarking on a surrogacy journey. Ms. Greer focuses on providing her clients the information they need to help them better understand how the insurance policies work, which options provide the highest impact as financial risk management solutions, while also guiding Intended Parents to make the best decisions that provide the least open financial exposure. Because of her experience, extensive knowledge, and immeasurable commitment and drive, Candace is highly regarded by the agencies and Intended Parents that she assists.

Sarah Paige - Chief Operating Officer

Sarah Paige has been in the insurance field for the past 10 years. As COO of ART Risk Financial and Insurance Solutions, Inc., she remains current on all insurance issues pertinent to the ART field and works with her clients to find the best solution, whether it be through commercial insurance, specialty products, or financial case management. With ART Risk Solutions licensed in all 50 states, this allows her to work with clients regardless of location in the U.S. as well as internationally. With her extensive breadth of knowledge and expertise in the Assisted Reproductive Technology insurance industry, Sarah has been requested as a guest lecturer or expert witness with both the American Bar Association Section of Family Law and the Nevada State Assembly. Focusing on offering clients the knowledge to help them better understand their liability exposures and the best available financial risk management solutions is always one of Ms. Paige’s highest priorities.

Terie Stokes - Licensed Agent

Terie Stokes began her career at ART Risk Solutions in 2015, while working in several departments including Billing, Claims Management, and has been a licensed Agent since 2019. Given her experience in several departments, Terie is passionate about listening to her clients’ needs and individual circumstances to determine the best insurance products and services necessary for their own individual journeys. To stay at the forefront of the ever-changing insurances available for surrogacy, Terie attends monthly webinars and yearly conferences including SEEDS, AAAA, and ASRM. As a licensed Agent, Terie is the also the presenter for the monthly “Introduction to Insurance” ART Risk webinar where she outlines the essential insurances for each phase of the journey, and what should be considered by the Intended Parents according to their own surrogacy contracts. During these webinars and her daily IP consultations, Terie shares her knowledge and best practices to help educate each Intended Parent, allowing a better understanding of how best to maximize the insurance policies available to protect their own financial risks.

Virginia Hart - Founder, CEO

As founder and CEO of ART Risk Financial and Insurance Solutions, Inc. Virginia Hart is an insurance agent with over 25 years’ experience, specializing in insurance for all aspects of assisted reproduction since 2001. Virginia is a community leader with an extensive breadth of knowledge, expertise, and passion for the Assisted Reproductive Technology field. Ms. Hart is a frequent guest lecturer at the ABA Family Law section and New York LGBT Center conferences, as well as SEEDS Brown Paper Bag series events. Additionally, she serves on the MHB Advisory Circle. Virginia, successfully and diligently, develops products and cost management solutions in the ART community. The insurance world is ever changing and as such, she remains current on insurance issues utilizing commercial insurance, specialty products, and financial case management options for her clients. Virginia expresses: “Helping to find financial solutions for people passionate about creating a family is one of my greatest joys. Seeing their dreams come true drives me forward in finding the best solutions to continue to create families.”
