Bay Area Family Law Center is a boutique family law firm specializing in all areas of family law. Originally started in 2017 as the Law Offices of Ethan M. Weisinger, Bay Area Family Law Center has provided surrogacy-related services since 2019. Ethan Weisinger along with his Husband, Clinton Higgins, are the proud parents of two children from surrogacy. Our firm strives to provide our surrogacy clients with the empathy, compassion, and experience to make a journey through surrogacy as stress-free as possible. We strive to promote a happy journey through surrogacy by ensuring that Intended Parents and their surrogates have a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities as they embark on this life changing journey. Ethan M. Weisinger, CFLS - Attorney / Partner

Ethan M. Weisinger is a California Certified Family Law Specialist working in all the Bay Area Counties. From 2010 through 2016, he was a partner at Walnut Creek Family Law Center, Inc., working as a family law specialist. In 2016, Ethan passed the California State Specialist Examination and became a Certified Family Law Specialist. As a Contra Costa Family Law Lawyer and an Alameda County Family Law Lawyer, Ethan knows and maintains professional working relationships with the majority of local attorneys, which has enabled him to effectively settle cases and reach resolutions whenever possible. Ethan aggressively represents clients in all conventional family law matters, as well as dissolution of Registered Domestic Partnerships and Same-Sex Marriages. In 2017, he started the Law Offices of Ethan M. Weisinger, which eventually became the Bay Area Family Law Center, and has been providing surrogacy-related services since 2019. Ethan along with his husband, Clinton Higgins, are the proud parents of two children via surrogacy.
