Lori S. Meyers - Attorney
Lori Meyers has practiced exclusively in reproductive law for 28 years. Lori has traveled extensively and spoken internationally to bring information regarding surrogacy to thousands of families from all over the world. In particular, she has visited China five times and took great pride in meeting with gay men and their mothers waiving pride flags of support for their sons extending the family line together. Lori is a Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA), serves as the Legislative Chair for the Academy of California Adoption & ART Lawyers (ACAL), and well as the Legislative Co-Chair of the ABA Family Law Division. Lori serves as an Advisor for the Women in Leadership Executive Education Program at Cal Poly Pomona, is a working member of the Southern California Legal Alliance for Reproductive Justice, and most recently was a Guest Lecturer at University of Baltimore Law School and presented to the Fordham Law Stein Scholars Reproductive Justice Seminar in New York City.

Molly O’Brien - Attorney
International Fertility Law Group attorney Molly O’Brien began working in the field of assisted reproduction technology (ART) in 2005 at an egg donation and surrogacy agency, where she gained experience in all aspects of in-vitro fertilization, egg donation, and the financial aspects of surrogacy. Since becoming an attorney in 2011, Molly has drafted and negotiated surrogacy and egg, sperm, and embryo donation agreements for hundreds of clients worldwide. Molly has represented numerous U.S. and international intended parents in finalizing parental rights and has extensive experience in obtaining required citizenship and parentage documents. She has also been a court appointed Guardian Ad Litem representing unborn children conceived via surrogacy. Molly graduated Magna Cum Laude from Whittier Law School. She serves as chair of the Legal Professional Group Section of American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and as a member of the American Bar Association ART Executive Committee and the American Bar Association (ABA) Sponsorship Committee. She is a member of the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS).

Richard Vaughn - Founder
Fertility law attorney Rich Vaughn combined his passion for helping families with over 20 years of experience in business and technology law and founded International Fertility Law Group (IFLG), one of the world’s leading law firms focusing exclusively on assisted reproductive technology (ART) law. Rich first studied reproductive and fertility law at Loyola University Chicago School of Law in the early 1990s. He began his legal career providing litigation, contract, technology, marketing and corporate legal services to individual, corporate and municipal clients in Chicago and Los Angeles. During his own experience of becoming a parent via egg donation and surrogacy, Rich rediscovered his passion for fertility law and launched IFLG.
