Founded in 2016 by Attorney Amira Hasenbush, All Family Legal provides assistance with egg donation, surrogacy, parentage judgments, sperm donation and adoptions, as well as name changes and gender affirmations. Amira has been called "a lawyer with heart." In addition to being thorough, efficient, and detail oriented, she cares about every one of her clients and making sure that they are getting what they need when they walk out of her door. Because of our special focus on LGBTQ+ families, we are experts on helping clients to navigate complex journeys to parenthood. Amira Hasenbush is a family formation attorney, focusing on egg donation, surrogacy, sperm donation, and adoption. She is an active member of the National LGBT Bar Association's Family Law Institute, the Assisted Reproductive Technology Subcommittee of the American Bar Association, and the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy. She is also the chair of the Legal Advisory Committee for Men Having Babies. Prior to taking her law practice full-time, Amira spent five and a half years as a Law and Policy Fellow for the Williams Institute, an LGBT Research Center at UCLA School of Law. She graduated second in her class from UCLA School of Law and holds a Masters in Public Health from UCLA School of Public Health. Amira has been published extensively and cited and featured in a variety of media outlets and journals, including the Boston Globe, ABC News, Time Magazine, and the New England Journal of Medicine. In 2023, Amira was honored as one of the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association's 40 lawyers under 40.
