Shelly MacConnell serves as Chief Strategy Officer for WINFertility. In that capacity, she is responsible for developing WIN’s business strategy and tactical plan for product development and innovation, including alignment with external branding, communications and marketing, operational, excellence, channel partners, relationship development, product, partnerships, and acquisitions. She most recently served as Senior Vice President at Aon. She was responsible for leading Aon’s Health Diversity, Equity & Inclusion consulting solutions for the United States and led Aon’s national Family Building consulting expertise for employers across the country as well as US-based employers with global strategies. Prior to that, Shelly held other key leadership roles including managing large and jumbo employer relationships, leading Aon’s National Consumerism, Work Group, and before that leading Aon’s clinical and well-being solution for the northeast region. Shelly has more than 25 years of experience in benefits consulting.
