The Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine was established in 1998 and is the first and only nationally certified and SART accredited fertility clinic in Idaho. Our mission is to help every one of our patients to have a baby in a setting filled with compassion, dignity, and respect. ICRM provides state-of-the art technology for complete infertility diagnosis, treatments, and advanced reproductive techniques. We have over 100 pre-tested, in-house ovum donors and work with six local surrogacy agencies. We coordinate one of the highest percentages of gestational carrier cycles among clinics in the U.S. and have highly competitive cycle prices. Our full-service third party reproductive team includes cycle coordinators, physicians, psychologists, reproductive attorneys, and an acupuncturist. We treat patients from all over the world and provide liaison services for patients traveling to us.

Dr. Cristin Slater - Medical Director

Dr. Cristin Slater joined in 2002 and is the current Medical Director of the Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine. She is board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and in the sub-specialty of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility. She is very dedicated to her medical practice and has a passion for helping her patients achieve their goal of having a family. She received her medical degree from the University of Utah in 1993. She completed her specialty training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and the University of Southern California. Dr. Slater practiced as an assistant professor in the division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility for 3 years at the University of Southern California. She is well trained in laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, and microscopic surgery as well as with advanced reproductive technologies and hormone management. She has written 3 chapters in medical text books and published many articles in prestigious medical journals. She has also served on the board and as president of the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society.

Finding The ICRM in Boise (ID) was a blessing. We found close personal attention (really hard to find in the larger centers) and Linda Alexander (Donor’s coordinator) and Dr. Slater treated us like family. That is something you really value when starting this journey. We’ve been always informed about every detail in the process and we’ve received so many useful advices, we feel it was really worth coming to Boise and ICRM. Also, as an international couple, we’ve been helped with any trip details as finding a nice hotel or getting to know the area.
