Surrogacy Cases:
If you should decide to go on our waitlist, $2,500 is refundable after twelve (12) months, should a suitable candidate not be presented to the Intended Parents for matching within 12 months. Once a Gestational Surrogate has been chosen the entire amount will be considered fully earned and non-refundable.
Egg Donor Cases:
If the Donor does not receive favorable medical or psychological evaluations or the Donor refuses or fails to begin an egg donation cycle for any reason or the Donor’s egg donation cycle is canceled for any reason within the control of the Donor or due to the fault of the Donor, Fertility Source Companies will provide Intended Parents full access to Donor Profiles for re-matching at no additional charge, excluding the costs of additional psychological evaluation(s), legal consultation(s) or any related Donor costs. If a new match is not made, Fertility Source Companies will refund the administrative fee less a non-refundable retainer of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500).
