Dr. Callum Potts - Founding Physician
Dr. Callum Potts is the Practice Director, founding physician and a reproductive endocrinologist at CCRM Fertility of Miami. He is a board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is board-eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. During his career, Dr. Potts has held several leadership positions within the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and received awards for teaching and clinical excellence during his training. Dr. Potts has published and presented his research at numerous state and national conferences on topics including fibroid management, ovarian hormone synthesis, endometrial receptivity, and the relationship between menopause and cognition. Dr. Potts and his wife have twin boys from their own journey through fertility care with CCRM, and he is delighted to be able to offer the same world-class care to his patients at CCRM Fertility of Miami. When he's not running after his boys, Dr. Potts is an avid foodie and an enthusiastic member of the U.S. Medical Soccer Team.

Dr. Charles E. Miller, a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, specializes in infertility treatment and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery in metropolitan Chicago. He founded The Advanced IVF Institute in 2008, joining the CCRM Fertility Network in 2023. A Northwestern University graduate, Dr. Miller completed his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Miller, a former president of the AAGL and ISGE, received the AAGL Honorary Chair distinction in 2022 for his contributions to reproductive medicine. He directs the Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Program and Fellowship at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and is a Clinical Fellowship faculty member at Rosalind Franklin University. His dedication to mentoring young surgeons earned him the AAGL's John F. Steege, MD, Mentorship Award in 2018. Additionally, he is the current president of the Foundation of the AAGL, promoting advancements in gynecologic surgery.

Dr. Salli Tazuke - Co-founder and Co-Medical Director
Dr. Salli Tazuke is the Co-founder and Co-Medical Director of CCRM Fertility of San Francisco. She is board certified in both Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and Obstetrics/Gynecology. After receiving her medical degree from University of California San Diego, she completed her residency at Yale University School of Medicine and her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Stanford University School of Medicine. After her fellowship, Dr. Tazuke remained at Stanford as a faculty to pursue her research interests in ovarian biology and endometriosis. She continued her academic practice and interest at University of Pennsylvania's Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility division. She participated in the NIH and ASRM sponsored Reproductive Scientist Training Program and CREST (The Clinical Research/Reproductive Scientist Training Program), and has presented and published her work extensively. She has been a reviewer for Fertility and Sterility and American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Tazuke speaks multiple languages, including Spanish, Mandarin and Japanese.

Dr. Sheeva Talebian - Reproductive Endocrinologist
Sheeva Talebian, MD, a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist, came to CCRM Fertility of New York after many years of practice (in IVF treatment, IUI treatment, PCOS treatment, gestational surrogacy, and many other areas of expertise) in the Tri-State area. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Columbia University and went on to obtain her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She continued her medical training at New York University where she completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. As the Director of Third-Party Reproduction for CCRM Fertility of New York, Dr. Talebian is highly experienced in the area of surrogacy, egg donation, and same sex reproduction. Dr. Talebian understands that entering the world of fertility treatment can sometimes be confusing and frightening. To help address these concerns, she and colleague, Dr. Jaime Knopman, co-founded East Meets West Fertility, a website designed to help patients navigate the complexities of fertility treatment and reproductive health.
