Katy Sperry is the Director of Global Provider Network Strategy and Partnerships at Carrot Fertility, the leading global platform for fertility healthcare and family-forming benefits. Katy leads the teams responsible for creating a provider network that maximizes quality, affordability, access, and overall experience for Carrot members. Additionally, Katy and her team determine who to bring on as strategic partners to Carrot globally. Before her current role, Katy built and led Carrot’s global operations in Latin America and Canada. Prior to joining Carrot, Katy spent the early part of her career working at tech and e-commerce companies, first in brand strategy at Amazon, then at UberEATS where she joined the launch team. At Uber, she helped build the Seattle UberEATS partnerships team from the ground up, leading that team to launch numerous new markets throughout the U.S. Katy has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management Strategy from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in International Affairs from the University of California San Diego.
