If you are looking for a surrogacy agent/coordinator, Charlene Kuspa, and her team at Carrying Hope Surrogacy, were an absolute dream to work with. They matched us with our surrogate and were incredibly supportive every step of the surrogacy process. I can’t recommend her and her agency enough!! They coordinated wonderfully with our surrogate and were very well organized and knowledgeable. When we ran into issues with our clinic, we turned to Charlene and her team to help guide us and they truly went above and beyond to help transition through the rough patches in the journey. Even after our little miracle was born, Carrying Hope continued to be there to answer questions and to check in. They were wonderful to work with.

First, I am so grateful for all of the support coming from MHB. I was matched last minute and had the opportunity to jump, so I did. Overall, I found Carrying Hope to be supportive however Charlene can be quite an abrasive communicator and truly needs to learn how to be a better listener. Either way, they matched me with the PERFECT surrogate who I now consider a friend. Lastly, Charlene basically stopped communicating with me because I challenged her on the erroneous payment calendar posted on SeedTrust. A few weeks before delivery they asked me to make 3 instalments, plus medical, plus time off from work which scared, shocked and confused me. I went into a panic and reached out to talk to the team and was met with cold emails without any greetings or salutations. It was an abrupt ending to a relationship that was already a bit strained. Charlene would often act incredulous about the fact that I didn't know certain things about pregnancy, surrogacy, etc. It came across as passive aggressive and demeaning. Overall, I remain so grateful that I was matched with an agency that led me to my surrogate. Katie from Carrying Hope (not the surrogate) was more communicative and called me a few times whereas Charlene fell off the radar. The only thing that I can summate is that she was angry not to get the money in time. Again, I remain grateful above all else because now I have Luna with me (as I write this, she is sleeping peacefully for once). Thank you for this opportunity MHB. I will be forever indebted to your generosity and compassion along the way.

It was clear they wanted the best experience possible for us and our surrogate! I am really happy with the personalized attention they provided us and would not hesitate at all to work with them again! They take all the awkwardness out of the process and manage things well.
