Caitlyn Devine - Intended Parent Case Manager
Caitlyn Devine is an Intended Parent Case Manager for Center for Surrogate Parenting. The surrogacy journey has been so life changing for Caitlyn that she knew she wanted to work in the field and help create families. For the past 3 years Caitlyn represented the East Coast Surrogates, now she has shifted focus and supports Intended Parents along their journey. She feels with prior surrogate experience she can offer a unique perspective, well-rounded support, and sound advice to her Intended Parents. Caitlyn is very open and loves discussing her previous surrogacy experience, where she helped a gay-male couple have their very first child. Caitlyn says her approach at work is like extended family. “I think to myself, what advice would I give my sister or brother or someone I love… and that is how I approach my work. All my clients deserve to feel cared for, not just looked after, on one of the biggest processes of their lives.”

Taylor Carlin - Intended Parent Case Manager
Taylor Carlin is an Intended Parent Case Manager with Center for Surrogate Parenting (CSP) since 2017. She assists Intended Parents throughout the surrogacy journey from beginning to bringing baby home, serving as a resource for information and guidance. She initially found an interest in this field by being an egg donor for a few now-parents, and has truly enjoyed expanding on that to see so many clients become parents. She has found such an unexpected passion in surrogacy and a love for working with her intended parents. The joy of seeing wonderful people become parents and see the dream of growing their love and family has been such an honor.

(2020, International parents) We worked with the CSP agency which we recommend 100%. Our case manager made our journey smooth. She was very helpful, reactive, attentive, caring and always professional! CSP found the perfect surrogate mother for us and we really were happy with our entire journey.

(2019, USA parents) We started our surrogacy journey by interviewing a few agencies both locally and out of state. CSP was by far the most professional of these agencies in terms of how they addressed our questions and concerns. We felt reassured by the screening process that they employ and the support network they provide during the process. The surrogacy process can be stressful at times both for us as intended parents and for the surrogate. We found from our surrogate that the group support meetings and counseling services helped her relate her experience with others on similar journeys. Our first egg donation did not end up in successful pregnancy and our process was therefor longer than we anticipated. During those difficult times it was helpful for us to get counsel and support from our CSP case manager, Joanne Bubrick, and the staff there. Our second egg donation was very successful and the first implant resulted in a successful pregnancy. Our son was born in January 2019. One of the critical elements in this process is to find a surrogate that is a good match with the intended parents. You are going to be communicating a lot during the journey and it makes it a lot easier when you like each other and work well together. We have become good friends with our surrogate and her family. We have visited a few times and they came to our son's baptismal. Our experience with our surrogate, CSP, and HRC Fertility gave us the confidence to try to have a sibling for our son. The first implant for the second journey was successful and our twins are now at 31 weeks. We are very thankful for the support we received and highly recommend CSP for your surrogacy journey.
