Additional Policies / Clarifications:
Once a match is confirmed, the first installment is non-refundable. However, in the event that the match does not proceed for any reason, intended parents are automatically covered by our rematch guarantee. They will receive priority in being re-matched with another suitable surrogate, ensuring minimal disruption and continued support throughout the process.
