Attorney Steven H. Snyder
Steven H. Snyder, Esq., is a nationally recognized attorney in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) law and a long-standing leader in the field of third-party reproduction. He founded Steven H. Snyder & Associates, a nationally respected ART law firm, which he led until selling the firm in 2024. From 2003 to 2025, Mr. Snyder served as CEO and sole owner of IARC Surrogacy, one of the most established surrogacy agencies in the United States, which he purchased from Noel Keane, author of the first surrogacy contract in the U.S. IARC is now part of RSW Fertility Group, where Mr. Snyder remains a shareholder. Mr. Snyder has held numerous leadership roles in the legal and bioethics communities, including founding and chairing the American Bar Association's Assisted Reproductive Technology Committee. He has also served in national advisory and advocacy roles with organizations including the CDC, RESOLVE, ASRM, and SEEDS. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association, and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
