Sara returns to Men Having Babies as Associate Executive Director in June 2026, bringing deepened expertise and a wealth of experience that’s grown since her first tenure — a return that marks an exciting new chapter for both her and the organization she’s long championed. Sara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cell and Molecular Biology and spent a decade in biotech consulting before building a distinguished career in third-party reproduction. Beginning in direct client care, she earned successive promotions within a surrogate and egg donation agency, ultimately rising to COO, before joining MHB as Director of Programming and Development for over three years. She went on to serve as Agency Director at a well-respected surrogacy agency — honing her executive leadership and deepening her expertise in reproductive agency operations — before returning to MHB. Sara's commitment to this field is professional and personal. A proud one-time surrogate, she carried for a same-sex couple in Spain in 2019 — an experience that continues to inspire her her advocacy for LGBTQ+ family-building.
