Lisa Hogan, RN BScN
Lisa Hogan RN BScN spent 20 years of her career delivering babies. Lisa joined the VRC team 5 years ago and has been instrumental in creating a supportive culture that understands “no two definitions of the word family are the same”. She is responsible for the development and sustainability of VRC’s Third Party Program. Her Lean Six Sigma certification, and dedication to “lean process” has been instrumental in improving the efficiency of our programs. Lisa continues to grow the business by developing programs for VRC (Embryo Donation Program) and has opened two new VRC clinics in Ontario. Lisa led the VRC team through 3 successful (AHRA) government accreditations and has a solid understanding of the Canadian Regulations. Her focus is to ensure that each family has access to safe and ethical options for building a family. With this in mind, she continues to build new relationships around the globe to ensure there is a network of accessible partnerships available to all of our Intended Parents in any location.
