Dawn Baker is the Founder and Director of US Surrogacy LLC, where her heart for family-building shines through in everything she does. A proud mom to three incredible young adults and a devoted wife who loves traveling with her husband, Dawn’s passion for surrogacy is deeply personal and rooted in her own five-year journey through infertility to welcome her second son. With 20 years of experience as a paralegal and a background serving in the U.S. Army, Dawn brings compassion, professionalism, and integrity to her work. She is especially proud to stand as a steadfast ally to the LGBTQ+ community, advocating for equal access to parenthood, and celebrating love in all its forms. Dawn believes that every family is unique and deserving of support. Her mission is simple but powerful: to help people from all walks of life grow their families with care, respect, and unwavering dedication.
